Members of the COTEC Member Association and members of the ENOTHE are entitled to the lower congress fee. For the discount code to be used in the registration form, please contact your own National OT association.

If an attendee is found to use the discount code incorrectly, the difference will be billed to their account.

Pre-Congress workshops

The workshops will be held before the congresss on 15th October. Congress participants may admit the workshops for the addtional fee.

Please note:

payments should clearly state the participant’s name(s)
all bank transfers should state clearly in the reference: OT-EUROPE 2024 and participant’s name/surname
the invoices for registration will be issued and sent by Mazurkas Congress Management (Congress Secretariat)
please notify us via e-mail if you need a proforma invoice to make prepayment
all bank transfer amounts should include bank charges. Any banking fees accrued from the transfer are the responsibility of the participant.



Confirmation of registration

E-mail confirmation will be sent upon submitting your registration and it will include your Registration ID number.
All communication will be sent by e-mail.
Your registration is considered confirmed after the full payment is received only.
The date the full payment is received will be considered the date of registration.
All fees include 23% VAT

Cancellation policy

Requests for registration cancellation must be addressed in writing to the OT-Europe2024 Secretariat, and sent by e-mail to info@ot-europe2024.com

Cancellations received before 1 July 2024: full refund less 30 EUR administration costs
Cancellations received from 2 July until 15 August 2024: 50% refund
Cancellations received on or after 16 August 2024: no refund
Please note that refunds will be processed within 30 days upon receipt of the cancellation letter.
Reimbursements will not be granted for late arrivals, unused services, unattended events or early departure from the Congress
